Fifth Harmony is an all girl group that originated from the second season of X-Factor and consists of Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Camila Cabello, and Lauren Jauregui. I remember watching them on the show with my aunt and we both said that they were gonna go places. Unfortunately for us both, they didn’t win the season, but they definitely made moves, blasting on the scene last year with their debut album, Reflection, which included the triple platinum smash hit, “Worth It”. This year, they will drop their new album, 7/27, on May 20.
They named it 7/27 for a reason and a sentimental one it is: That was they day they formed on X-Factor. The lead single from their sophomore record, “Work from Home”, featuring American singer Ty Dolla Sign, was officially announced the same day and was released on February 26, 2016.
The girly quintet stopped by Music Choice Studios to talk more about 7/27 and what the fans can expect from it.
